A Moment I’ll Never Forget
There are moments in life you never see coming — and this one still feels surreal.
At the UEFA Champions League Final in Cardiff, I was invited to perform my freestyle football skills as part of the celebrations. The energy, the crowd, the occasion — it was already unforgettable.
But then… Pelé walked in.
Yes — the Pelé. The greatest icon in football history.
After our performance, Pelé was being rushed out by his security team. It was all go-go-go… but then something incredible happened:
👉 He stopped.
He noticed me and my fellow freestyle footballers — and asked to take a photo with us.
Despite his team urging him to move on, Pelé took his time. He smiled, posed with us, and made sure the photo was perfect.
We even captured it on video — a moment frozen in time with a legend.

That one gesture meant the world. Pelé didn’t have to stop — but he did. It showed respect for what we do, and reminded me:
You never know what doors can open when you commit to something you love.
Freestyle football started as a solo passion — and led to standing beside one of the greatest ever.
